A lifetime of business, service, and learning

My professional experience spans more than four decades in real estate, mortgage finance, business, and personal finance, together with 17 years in media production and publishing.

I founded The Power Is Now Media to inform, educate, and empower people through television, publishing, podcasts, and educational programming. I am also the author of more than 15 books.

My approach to advising begins with understanding your circumstances, your objectives, your options, and the consequences of the decisions ahead. I am here to serve—not sell.

Family and legacy

What matters beyond business

Family and legacy are extremely important to me. On December 19, 2026, my wife and I will celebrate 45 years of marriage. We have four daughters, two sons-in-law, and five grandchildren.

My work is rooted in a belief that the decisions we make today can strengthen the opportunities available to our families and communities tomorrow.
