A Zoom video meeting link where we will discuss your financial readiness for refinancing, purchasing, or investing, as well as strategies to prepare if you are not.
- A personalized conversation about refinancing, selling, or buying your home, the search criteria, budget, and your personal financial goals.
- Expert guidance on loan programs, interest rates, and mortgage options to maximize savings. Including credit requirements and your credit standing.
- A market overview and a preliminary strategy tailored to your preferred location, if you are buying, and a review of the current value of your home, if you are refinancing.
- Answers to any questions about the home refinance, buying, or selling process.
If you decide to work with a member of my team, I will provide you with the details to make the arrangements at the conclusion of our meeting to speak to a member of my team.
There is no commitment or obligation to use my mortgage or real estate services. I am acting in the role of a Consultant only, and I charge for my time.
Should you decide to move forward with obtaining a mortgage or loan to purchase a home or investment property, I will provide you with a website to get started, and a member of my team will contact you to schedule a mutually convenient time to help you get started. There is no obligation.
The first consultation is $250.00 per hour. Paid at the time of booking.
