We are redefining what it means to be a trusted advisor. Our firm brings together experts in business, finance, real estate, human resources, media, sales, and family counseling to provide clients with holistic strategies for life, career, and wealth.
We are not salespeople. We are fiduciary consultants — professionals who are paid for their time, knowledge, and integrity. We do not take commissions, retainers, or advance fees. Instead, we operate on a transparent, hourly consulting model, billed in arrears, so clients pay only for services actually performed.

Business Consultant
$150–$250/hour
Provide strategic business, financial, and operational advice to individuals, families, and organizations.
Responsibilities
- Guide clients in business formation, operations, and strategic growth
- Advise on financial management, debt elimination, and wealth strategies
- Support mergers, acquisitions, and partnership transitions
- Deliver executive coaching in leadership, sales, and organizational management
Qualifications
- MBA required
- Minimum 10 years of business consulting, management, or entrepreneurship experience
- Strong background in economics, taxation, or finance preferred
Real Estate Consultant
$250–$350/hour
Provide fiduciary-level real estate advisory services for buyers, sellers, investors, and families.
Responsibilities
- Advise on property transactions, negotiations, and contracts
- Analyze market trends and valuations
- Guide clients on trust, probate, and 1031 exchange strategies
- Ensure compliance with California real estate law and DRE regulations
Qualifications
- Real Estate Broker license required (no agents accepted)
- MBA required, or 20+ years of brokerage experience
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in residential and/or commercial real estate
HR Consultant
$50–$100/hour
Provide human resources consulting and compliance oversight to businesses and organizations.
Responsibilities
- Develop HR policies and compliance frameworks
- Advise on employment law (California focus)
- Support talent acquisition, succession planning, and workforce training
- Provide strategies for organizational design and employee performance management
Qualifications
- MBA required
- 7–10 years of HR or employment law experience
- California employment law expertise strongly preferred
Media Consultant
$75–$150/hour
Provide expert media strategy for clients in streaming, broadcast, and digital advertising.
Responsibilities
- Advise on OTT streaming and cable advertising strategies
- Develop and manage social media campaigns and ad buys
- Guide clients on content distribution, placement, and ROI tracking
- Stay current with evolving advertising platforms and media technology
Qualifications
- BS/BA in Marketing or related field required
- Proven expertise in OTT, cable, and digital ad buying
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in media strategy and campaign execution
Sales & Marketing Consultant
$25–$75/hour
Support clients in developing sales and marketing strategies that increase revenue and ROI.
Responsibilities
- Create branding, messaging, and positioning strategies
- Design and manage digital campaigns (SEO, email, social, paid ads)
- Train clients on sales funnels, scripts, and customer acquisition
- Analyze and report on campaign effectiveness
Qualifications
- MBA preferred (exceptions for 15+ years proven experience)
- Strong background in digital marketing, SEO, and sales psychology
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Business Sales Consultant
$150–$250/hour
Advise clients on the purchase, sale, or transfer of businesses, ensuring strategic and tax-efficient outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Conduct valuations and due diligence
- Structure business sales, acquisitions, and buyouts
- Negotiate terms in alignment with fiduciary principles
- Provide strategies to minimize tax liability and maximize equity
Qualifications
- MBA required
- 10+ years in business brokerage, M&A, or financial consulting
- CPA or legal background in contracts preferred
Commercial Sales Consultant
$250–$350/hour
Provide strategic consulting for clients in commercial real estate and business sales.
Responsibilities
- Advise on commercial property acquisitions, leasing, and disposition
- Support clients in business sales involving real estate holdings
- Develop strategies for capital gains tax deferral (1031 exchange, opportunity zones)
- Conduct compliance and risk assessments
Qualifications
- Real Estate Broker license required
- MBA required, or 20+ years of brokerage experience
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in commercial real estate or business consulting
Marriage & Family Counselor
$150–$250/hour
Provide professional marriage and family counseling services that strengthen relationships, resolve conflicts, and build generational stability.
Responsibilities
- Conduct private counseling sessions for couples and families
- Guide clients in communication, conflict resolution, and family development
- Develop structured counseling plans aligned with professional standards
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ethical practice
- Provide culturally sensitive counseling that respects client values
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Marriage & Family Therapy, Counseling, Psychology, or related field required
- Must hold a current state license to practice counseling
- Exception: Ministers with 20+ years of continuous ministry may qualify
- Minimum 5 years of counseling or ministry experience required
